Miscommunications

I feel like Cas and Sherlock would never be able to talk to each other directly because Sherlock's lack of tact and indifference toward everything and how bored he becomes easily. Cas just wouldn't know how to handle him and Sherlock would be so impatient with his awkwardness.

I drew this for Bridget's birthday today. I uploaded it before I added the text because for once I wanted a fanart picture without "happy birthday" on it. But it's basically Sherlock wondering why he has to say happy birthday to an 18-year-old and Cas being confused on why not since it's a human custom.
